For Small Order Under 1000
What is the minimum order quantity , and do you have any special policies for sample orders?
We are packaging manufacturer. Our minimum order quantity is 500 units, and we can accept as few as 200 units for first orders. We can complete the sampling process within 48 hours.
What is the production cycle and pricing strategy for small batch orders?
Small batch orders can be delivered within 7 days. We use a tiered pricing system, but the price increase for orders between 500-1000 units does not exceed 15% more than bulk orders.
How do you handle rush orders, and how is the rush fee calculated?
We maintain 20% of our capacity for rush orders. Rush fees are transparent: a 24-hour rush incurs a 10% charge, and a 48-hour rush incurs a 5% charge.
Do you offer design support, and how is the design fee charged for small batch orders?
We have a dedicated design team. The initial design fee can be waived or deducted when the order quantity reaches a certain threshold.
How do you handle logistics for small batch orders, and do you provide consolidation services?
We collaborate with multiple logistics companies and offer consolidation services. Clients can choose from sea freight, air freight, or express shipping based on their needs.
